O’Connells Mall won Best in Category at the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards 2023!
Winning project we were involved with were:
- O’Connells Mall, Queenstown – Best in Category and Excellence in the Yardi Retail Property Award
- Queensgate Event Cinema & IMAX Development, Wellington – Excellence in the Yardi Retail Property Award
- Wesley Primary School, Auckland – Excellence in the Greenstone Group Education Property Award
- The CAB apartments, Auckland – Merit in both the Templeton Group Multiunit Residential Property Award and the Naylor Love Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award
Naylor Love also sponsored the Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award, where Best in Category was awarded to the Hayman Kronfeld Building, submitted by Cooper and Company.
