Your staff ensured that we could run the school fully during this project without disruption… The final result is that we have an extremely high quality building that will stand the test of time.

Pre-construction involvement assisted with buildability and budget.
The Miles Warren Building was built to replace buildings demolished at Christ’s College after the February 2011 earthquakes. It comprises three brand new inter-connected three-storey buildings with roof-top plant space and a single level basement located in the central building, with 16 teaching spaces, a staff centre and meeting room facilities.
This stunning, award-winning building was designed and detailed to a very high standard internally and externally, and built to withstand all manner of natural disasters with innovative rocking wall and damper technology.
Naylor Love successfully negotiated the project on the back of the relationship built up while carrying out earthquake remedial works at the school. Our heavy involvement with the consultant team in the early design phase of the project has allowed us to assist with the buildability, budget and other aspects of the project.
