Milford Asset Management Wānaka office

We completed an office fitout for Milford Asset Management in a new building in the Three Parks development in Wānaka, installing partition walls to create an open plan office space, reception area, meeting rooms, lunchroom, tea point and utility area.

A key consideration was ensuring confidentiality for the investment manager’s clients in the meeting rooms, which we achieved by installing decorative acoustic linings. We modified the existing services and installed new services to suit the new configuration.

We took great care to deliver pristine architectural finishes, including new cabinetry, timber-clad walls, ceramic tiling and floor coverings.

The entire transformation was complete within 11 weeks.
