211a Glenda Drive is a new two-storey development with a bike shop, café and microbrewery on the ground floor, an open plan meeting and events space on the first floor, plus a courtyard and car parking outside.
The building features long lasting, low maintenance materials, with a steel superstructure, concrete floors, precast concrete panels, aluminium windows and doors, a Colorsteel roof and cedar fins.
Our team was initially engaged to deliver the base build of what was intended to be a veterinary clinic. Plans changed and we jumped in to help with the fitout as new tenants signed up, managing the ongoing modifications and offering suggestions for the fixtures and fittings. Our team worked with client, architect, tenants and subcontractors to accommodate all the changes as the space evolved into a collective of “all things related to biking” known as The Bike Matrix.
