We enjoyed a successful night at the NZ Commercial Project Awards, with 7 of our projects winning awards.
- Dunedin Railway Station – National Category and Gold Awards, Heritage & Restoration category
The Dunedin Railway Station is a stellar example of a well-executed seismic upgrade, and the exterior restoration showcases exemplary craftsmanship. The original character of the building has been reinstated and the project was executed to an exceptional standard within the constraints of a stringent budget. The team employed innovative strategies to restore building elements, working closely with specialist trades to honour the building’s heritage and character. This collaborative effort preserves the historical significance of the Dunedin landmark, ensuring its legacy as a celebrated piece of architectural history.
- Christchurch Hospital Energy Centre – National Category and Gold Awards, Industrial category
This project, led by Naylor Love Canterbury, is at the cutting edge of technology, and their method is expected to become more widespread in New Zealand as large-scale industries seek to decarbonise.

- Wellington Zoo Snow Leopard Habitat – Gold Award, Tourism & Leisure category
- Wellington Hospital Urology & Renal Departments – Gold Award, Health category
- Queensgate Shopping Centre – Silver Award, Retail category
