NZ Commercial Project Awards 2023
We had a very successful night at the NZ Commercial Project Awards, with 12 of our projects winning a swag of awards.
- The CAB Apartments – National Category and Gold Awards, Winstone Wallboards Residential category
This transformative project was successful because of the build team’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
- O’Connells Mall – National Category and Gold Awards, Retail category
Overall, this was a very collaborative approach, with a special effort made to work in with the council streetscape team.
- Mahana House Duplex – Innovation Award and Gold Award, Winstone Wallboards Residential category
The six community houses have been built to help families for a “whole of life” option at a cheaper cost, which resulted in bringing a new product to the market.
- Lower Queen Street Health – Gold Award, Health category
- Manurewa High School – Gold Award, Construction Marketing Services Education category
- Onehunga High School Redevelopment – Gold Award, Construction Marketing Services Education category
- Bupa Crofton Downs – Gold Award, Winstone Wallboards Residential category
- Point & Miller Apartments – Silver Award, Winstone Wallboards Residential category
- Sir Richard Hadlee Sports Centre – Silver Award, Altus Window Systems Tourism & Leisure category
- Holiday Inn Remarkables Park – Silver Award, Altus Window Systems Tourism & Leisure category
- Hagley College Redevelopment – Silver Award, Construction Marketing Services Education category
- AUT WZ Building fitout – Silver Award, Construction Marketing Services Education category
