Latest Green Star projects

3 Te Kehu Way, an office block we built for Kiwi Property at Sylvia Park, was awarded New Zealand’s first 6 Green Star Design & As Built NZv1.0 Certified Built Rating. The building incorporates features a rooftop solar array, electric vehicle charging and rainwater harvesting, and we managed to divert over 92% of construction waste away from landfill during the build.

Countdown Richmond in Nelson also achieved a 5 Green Star Design & As Built NZv1.0 Certified Built Rating, a significant achievement for a large format retail centre. Countdown Richmond was New Zealand’s first Green Star-accredited supermarket.
