Fenglen working bee
We took part in a working bee at Fernglen Native Plant Gardens, building a new ceiling in their education room.
Fernglen, in Birkenhead, is devoted to the growing and preservation of New Zealand plants. Their education room is used by many education and community groups to learn about New Zealand’s flora, fauna and conservation.
We gathered up excess and donated materials from Naylor Love sites around Auckland and organised a team of staff to install the celing, which was greatly appreciated.
