Gary joined Naylor Love in early 2024 and is based in our Auckland office. He has over 30 years of management experience gained in the UK and New Zealand, with the last 12 years in senior Health & Safety roles across a range of industries.

Having spent many years in operational management before moving into Health & Safety, Gary has a people-focussed approach to all aspects of the role. He recognises that engagement at all levels of the business fosters the continuous improvement culture required to drive optimal performance.
