Another way we’ve found new homes for bits and pieces from our construction sites that we don’t need any more – we donated a pile of plywood hoardings from our Sylvia Park site to the Tipping Point Re-Use Shop at the Auckland City Council Resource Recovery Centre in Henderson.
We took part in a working bee at Fernglen Native Plant Gardens, building a new ceiling in their education room.
Our teams around the country have been working hard to reduce the waste generated by our construction sites, including donating offcuts to a local high school.
Our Corporate Membership with Auckland Zoo supports the zoo’s conservation efforts, helps us learn more about the environment, and gives us some unforgettable days out with our families.
After several delays the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards went virtual this year, but we reckon you’d still have been able to hear our teams celebrating in all corners of the land!
We had the pleasure of welcoming MATES in Construction field officers Richie and Slade to our Women’s Prison Modular Site and our Christchurch office for General Awareness Training seminars.
We had a great turnout at a planting day at the Spinella Reserve with the Pest Free Kaipatiki Restoration Society.
We had a great night at the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards 2020, with two of our projects receiving Merit awards.
The Naylor Love team enjoyed a very successful night at the 2020 NZIOB New Zealand Building Industry Awards.
