Waimea Group amenities building

We built an office and amenities building at the LQS Industrial Park in Richmond for Waimea Group, tenants of our long-time partners Gibbons. The 330m² building sits behind a large workshop on the Waimea Group site.

The single-storey structure is slab on grade with a steel frame, insulated roof and metal wall cladding. Inside, there is an open plan office, meeting rooms, bathrooms and a large lunchroom.

This was a straightforward project for a valued repeat client, delivered to exemplary quality standards in just five months.
