Tired space converted into a fresh, functional office.

In a negotiated project between Naylor Love, DGSE (the client and architect) and the building landlord, we worked together from the design stage to come up with cost effective solutions to convert a neglected first floor corner into a fresh new office space over a tight nine-week programme.

We polished the concrete floor to give it a new lease of life and installed glazed partitions to divide up the space. We worked with a local aluminium joiner to come up with a functional solution to allow the boardroom to be connected to the main office area, landing on an attractive and functional stacked sliding door design.

We installed new services throughout, including heating/cooling, communications, data, electrical, sprinklers and plumbing, working carefully to ensure that the neighbouring tenants both above and below were not impacted.

The new space incorporates an open plan office, meetings rooms, boardroom, lunchroom and copy room, all completed to meticulous quality standards. We were pleased to hand the project over to the delighted clients on time and within budget.
