Taupō Pathways site visit
We hosted a site visit for Taupō Pathways and their License to Work programme at our Bupa Liston Heights site in Taupō, where we’re working on a suite conversion to create 13 new high-quality studio apartments.
The License to Work programme helps young people to explore career options and develop the skills that employers are looking for. Workplace visits are a valuable part of this process, allowing rangatahi to learn about different career paths and make informed decisions about their future.
Our Site Manager Chris Jones and Foreperson Paul Nagel guided the group through the project, discussing the various trades involved and the potential career opportunities in each. A big thank you to Bupa and Kensway for enabling us to facilitate these visits.
