Pipe recycling progress
The In-Sink Plumbing team have really impressed us with their efforts to help out with our PVC and HDPE recycling scheme.
Waste Management and Plumbing World collect bags of offcuts and end-of-life pipes from site and return them to Marley, where they’re reused to make new pipes. It all needs be separated, clean and free of rings, fabric, tape and strapping.
Southern Cross Healthcare was the first site in the region to collect a full bag of clean, uncontaminated pipe offcuts, so it was our pleasure to shout them morning tea to say thanks.
