Eastern Bays Sustainable Garden Trail
Over 1,300 people visited the Eastern Bays Sustainable Garden Trail in Auckland over Waitangi weekend, learning about growing food and encouraging wildlife and wellbeing.
We’ve been involved with Amanda Warren’s Gift the Garden permaculture gardening projects for a couple of years, exploring ways to use our construction waste to create beautiful community gardens. Two of the gardens on the trail incorporated construction materials from our sites, and we were pleased to sponsor the flags that helped people to find their way around on the day.
