Property Industry Awards 2019

Waikohanga House student accommodation was awarded a Merit in the HAWKINS Heritage and Adaptive Reuses Property Award at the Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards 2019.

Waikohanga House is 1940’s era state housing that our Auckland team re-purposed as bright, modern student accommodation for the University of Auckland. Read more about the project here.
