2024 NZ Building People Awards
We’re delighted to be jointly awarded the Judges’ Choice Award at the Property Council New Zealand South Island Property People Awards.
The Anderson Lloyd Judges’ Choice Award was jointly awarded to our Dunedin Railway Station Team and the University of Otago Te Rangihīroa Team.
…the Dunedin Railway Station Team—comprising Allans Sheetmetal and Engineering, Dunedin City Council, Naylor Love, Salmond Reed Architects, and many others—overcame significant challenges to restore one of Dunedin’s most iconic heritage sites. Their unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and problem-solving set this project apart.
Both teams overcame significant challenges, showing exceptional commitment, skill and resilience to bring these projects to life and make a lasting impact on the Otago region. We couldn’t be prouder of the Dunedin Railway Station team and are honoured to share this recognition with our colleagues from the Te Rangihīroa project.
