The project involved a New Zealand first of constructing a 450m², 12-bed prefabricated ward offsite before integrating it into the existing operational building. The team broke from traditional, contractual roles in favour of maximising each team member’s strengths. The success of this challenging project showcases this team’s remarkable problem-solving and strategic execution.
